1. Services
Roofing Man provides residential and commercial roofing services in the Klang Valley, Malaysia. Our services include roof leak repair, waterproofing, roof installation and replacement, gutter works, roof coating, insulation, and maintenance. All services are subject to these terms.
2. Free Inspections
We offer free on-site roof inspections with no obligation. The inspection includes a visual assessment of your roof condition and a verbal or written recommendation. A detailed written quotation will be provided if repair or maintenance work is recommended.
3. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
- Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include labour and materials unless specified otherwise
- Additional work discovered during the repair process will be communicated to you before proceeding, along with any cost adjustments
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing if material costs change significantly between quotation and project start
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required for larger projects (typically 10-30% of the total quotation)
- Final payment is due upon completion of the work and your satisfaction with the results
- We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, and online payment
- For projects exceeding RM5,000, instalment arrangements may be discussed
5. Warranty
We stand behind our work with the following warranty coverage:
- Leak repairs: Minimum 30-day warranty covering the specific repair area
- Waterproofing projects: Up to 2-year warranty covering workmanship and materials
- Roof installations: Warranty terms as specified in the project quotation
Warranty coverage is subject to the following conditions:
- The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials provided by Roofing Man
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, structural settlement, or third-party modifications
- Warranty claims must be reported promptly upon discovery of the issue
- The property owner must provide reasonable access for warranty inspection and repair
6. Scheduling and Access
- Work schedules are subject to weather conditions. We will reschedule at no additional cost if work cannot proceed due to rain
- The property owner must provide safe and clear access to the roof and work area
- We aim for same-day response for urgent leak situations, subject to availability
7. Property and Safety
- We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work. Any accidental damage caused by our team will be repaired or compensated
- Please remove or protect valuables and furnishings near the work area
- Our workers follow safety protocols including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment
8. Cancellation
- You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours notice at no charge
- Cancellations after work has commenced may be subject to charges for work completed and materials used
- Deposits for cancelled projects will be refunded minus any costs already incurred
9. Limitation of Liability
Roofing Man's liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from or related to our services, except where such limitation is prohibited by Malaysian law.

11. Governing Law
